I've bitten the bullet, laid down my superwoman cape and finally got someone in to help so i can focus on designs and direct to garment printing! 23.01.2022 Face mask arrival Updates! Thanks for your patience everyone. After being glued to the transit scans for the last 10 days we finally have something to tell you! We apologize for the unexpected delay for the pre sale orders - we cant always rely on the info we receive from the transport co. PRE SALE ORDERS (orders placed between 13/7 - 19/7) - our delivery is sitting at the depot. We will have it within 24-48 hours to be ready to post or collect. You will be notified of tr...acking or when its ready for collection. OTHER ORDERS (placed 20/7 - 27/7) our delivery is expected within the next 72 hours. With another delivery expected within the week. AUSSIE MADE - due to overwhelming demand, these are made to order as specified on our website. Orders placed between 13/7-27/7 will be finalized within the next week or so. Pre sale order filled first. Anything with printed logos take a couple of days longer from when we receive them. If you havent received a design proof for approval, you will and we wont print anything until youre happy for us to go ahead! We have hundreds of orders to print pack and send and will be completed in order as placed online. Care instructions will be attached to each mask. Masks are sanitized before shipping but we still recommend wash before wear. The next week will be busy so if we dont get back to you straight away, dont stress, we will do so eventually! We got the news at the same time you did. ... So an update. If we dont answer the phone, it means we cant. Not that we dont want to. We have been slammed and just like you, it was unexpected. If youve left a message, your call will be returned but the very BEST way not to get lost in the sea of chaos, is to shoot through a message on Facebook. We are working around the clock to get back to everyone. Any customer orders placed prior to Sunday pre orders) are first in line. There is enough stock arriving to cover those and then some. Our local sewing lady is working around the clock to fill the Australian made orders. 16.01.2022 Hi all, I have been smashed with inquiries in the last 30 minutes due the latest Victorian Chief Health Officers imposition of wearing face masks outside as a mandatory practice in Victoria. So to update everyone:... Our first bulk shipment of double layer masks is due to arrive mid to late this week. We sold out of our first 500 masks and we have ordered more ad we did communicate that the initial ordering structure (when the recommendation from CHO was first introduced) was for pre-order masks - these orders will be filled first. Triple layer and masks not requiring a filter are due to arrive 30/7/20 or shortly after. Included in this order are another few thousand masks. Australian made masks are made to order and can be made this week depending on volume of orders. We did not anticipate that this would take off as quickly as it has, we ask for your patience and rest assured, we are working around the clock to ensure that we get everyone's orders out quickly. Yep, we are real people and we live in country Victoria Australia. This photo was taken on the way to Horsham for a speedway title a couple of years ago. I dont normally sell masks, i dont even race a car! I am a graphic designer and garment printer - design race suits and apparel for Motorsport and businesses. And I love ...it. Whilst the anti maskers continue to spam the shit out of my posts, question my motives, my business location, my business ethic and integrity, the quality of the items I supply and where they are made (they are all made ethically) to deter people from purchasing face masks from us, you jeopardize the life that I am trying to provide for these two spunks - as a parent, like the rest of you, riding out this storm together.
