20.01.2022 Abdominal exercises have always been my strongest & I've never had any probe in doing it! BUT after 9 months of been unable to do abdominal exercises i quickly realised I'm no longer as strong as wat i used to b! but i persisted & got thru 45 mins of non stop abs!. Yay Me!
