25.01.2022 Unfortunately I had to postpone next month's Bali "Let's Get High" Retreat till January 3rd-8th 2021. I was super pumped for this! First to facilitate a few ev...ents and sessions at the amazing Pyramids of Chi, Balii, Bali and then flowing into hosting a 5 day Lets Get High retreat for 11 awesome beings wanting to feel the high at Gaia Retreat Center (some pics below) It was an opportunity for me to step up and facilitate the entire retreat as I've always co facilitated on previous retreats I've worked on. Being able to host and lead chi flow sessions, pillars of chi flow talks, group healing sessions, cultural immersions, yoga and meditation sessions as well as some adventure hikes got me super excited. So, as Teagan Banyan and I prepare for this one we are also in the middle of arranging a retreat at the stunning Aquila Retreat on the Sunshine Coast possibly towards the end of this year or around March 2021. The Patagonia one has also had to be postponed till early 2022. The intention is to run 3 per year. One in Australia, one in Bali and a true adventure randomly each year. At this stage Patagonia and then Bhutan. Hopefully the Covid situation wont put too long on a hold for these international ones. Till then Aquila Retreat in Buderum on the Sunshine Coast and a possible other in QLD is on the soon. Please share you expressions of interest. 18.01.2022 This Saturday for the Bliss Out event we have a very special guest Boris Grigguleit on the sound supporting me with Shannon. There are a lot of people especially local musicians excited by Boris coming in and sharing his magic. Boris has been in the scene for over 25years and is generally the man behind the scenes helping musicians create music from his studio in Doonan. Boris builds various forms of specialised audio equipment and instruments and will be bringing in to the... space some of these instruments on Saturday for the events. 18.01.2022 Just over 6 weeks to go till this wonderful offering. @pranafest.sunshinecoast is going to be an incredible experience for a involved. To be honest there have ...been nerves as I launch a new version of my Bliss Out Sessions event that has served the community and I well for 2.5years. However, I feel called to step up move out of my comfort zone and share the evolution of High on Chi to birth Bliss Out 2.0. There will be no acupuncture needles involved to allow a far greater amount of participants. It has come together in the most perfect way and I am super excited to share with you all this new, exciting and powerful experience. I will have the talented @katebmusic and @nienkesound holding the soundscape as we tap into the Bliss Out and Merkabah encoding patterns. I will also be facilitating a few workshops on how to start your day in a deeply connected and energised way by embodying various Chi hacks and exercises. Consisting of a blend of movement, qi gong, intention, breath, mindfulness and meditation practices that can prepare one for the day ahead. This is what I call 'Chi Flow' and it is a combination of years of experience as a yoga teacher and therapist, esoteric and traditional acupuncturist in clinical and private setting as well as years of my own personal practice. Finally, for the first time we will see a High on Chi Healing Hub. This is where some of the team plying their gifts out of High on Chi in Noosaville are offering sessions during the festival. This year is panning out to be the biggest and most exciting yet with all events and retreats booked in and confirmed! To start this year off we have the Soul Journey Event that is held in the Expansion Room twice a month on a Saturday evening. This is a intimate evening limited to just 8 participants. We begin each event with a guided meditation to help you ...drop into your body and arrive into your centre before receiving an Esoteric Acupuncture Encoding Pattern whilst light music is played. We conclude the evening with a warm hot healthy drink and homemade cake. These Encoding Patterns have the ability to rapidly accelerate your spiritual growth and support the expansion of the spiritual Heart Centre.
