09.01.2022 Dear All, The health and safety of our team members, customers, suppliers and local communities is our top priority as we navigate the ongoing COVID-19 situation together. As the situation evolves we will continue to adjust our procedures to ensure we minimize the risk as much as possible, and follow all protocols and government advice as the situation evolves.... Our team endeavors: - To practice a high hygiene protocol, where we have extra sanitation and cleaning equipment. - Most importunately - Maintaining social distancing with all customers, where handshakes will have to be on hold for now.. the foot kick has become popular with most of our customers. We can carry out works with family members/customers in isolation, where people can be in another area of property and we can clean/sanitize all areas we have touched. Gloves and masks are available for all situations. - Continue health checks of staff and family members involved. Isolation will be carried out immediately if any symptoms are identified or if we receive any positive results from staff members or customer contact. We are a family business and we aim to keep moving forward to fight the tough times ahead. Communication is vital to all bookings, where we will have a health and travel checklist to go through, which are also current to our staff on a daily basis for the protection of all parties. This is the best time to have your AC systems cleaned after such a long hot and smoky summer.
