18.01.2022 ROADWORTH CERTIFICATES When selling a car or re-registering a used vehicle, a Certificate of Roadworthiness is generally required in Victoria. As a VicRoads licensed vehicle tester Highton Automotive Services perform Car Safety Tests and are certified to issue Road Worthy Certificates. Vic roads has recently changed its road worthy regulations. Instead of only having 7 days to complete RW repairs on vehicles you now have 14.
