22.01.2022 Check out the before and after of a rail weld head upset cylinder - the damaged hard chrome was replaced with a high-end abrasion, heat and corrosion-resistant HVOF material that was up to the task at hand. The customer has already reported significant improvement compared to the hard chrome, as normally the hard chrome is showing signs of permanent damage during the assembly testing phase, and our tailored HVOF coating was unscathed during the same process.
