12.01.2022 Site cut complete. How many times have we been told the block is flat. Well the new display site looked flat but there was 500mm of fall over the house. Its deceiving to the eye so have a look at the other homes around you, line the top of the fence up with a neighbouring properties brickwork or gutters. We offer a service to potential clients to quickly survey a property before they buy, to help them make an informed purchase.

09.01.2022 Gable ends which do you prefer ? On the new two story display home in Mt Martha we have come up with a new functioning feature vent on #jameshardie #Linea Weatherboards. A couple of clients have opted for our previous design of Stucco board and straps. We have begun construction of a new design single story #Hampton style display home where we plan to trial a new design to the gable ends. Stay tuned as we post through the build process after finally navigating our way through town planning.
