To start with we are stocking, Rack of Lamb, Pork Chops & Y-Bone Ste...ak....... all of which are prepared and cooked on the premises by Kev to Medium Rare.... Sous vide, which means under vacuum in French, refers to the process of vacuum-sealing food in a bag, then cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath. This technique produces results that are impossible to achieve through any other cooking method. The Meat cooks in its own juices ensuring that the food is moist, juicy and tender. All that is left for you to do is finishing it off by searing, or grilling the food to add a crispy, golden exterior layer. See more
