Located in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, we offer gr...oup personal training sessions in strength and conditioning and HIIT workouts. We also offer Muay Thai training. We are looking for somene to run a HIIT session, Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon with the possibility of extra ongoing work.
