13.01.2022 Introducing the newest member of our team, Lauren from Blissful Balance Yoga We're so excited to have Lauren on board and to introduce yoga to our timetable starting 19th April! MON 7:15pm... WED 9:50am Lauren has followed the practice of yoga for over nine years. Her passion for yoga originally flourished from the improvement of muscle tightness and lack of flexibility caused from exercise. Since then, the practice of meditation has provided a new way of living through deep personal growth. She loves to share her teachings through diverse classes and workshops continuing to ensure that all classes remain current, interesting and fulfilling for all levels. Since completing teacher training with Yoga Alliance Australia in 2015, Lauren has continued her studies becoming a CrossFit coach and completing her certificate 3 in Fitness.
