25.01.2022 Starting my Saturdays as usual with @boobsontherun Stay Running and Get Running - we are on week 7 and it’s flying by this term! It was a hot start here in sydney, temps at 27 by 7am! They ran they achieved and they were all smiles! It’s a pleasure doing this part of my job. Followed the sessions up with a protein smoothie then hit the gym for a circuit session which was mainly resistance based. Loved the start to the day. ... Then the afternoon the family and I spent most of it in the spa cooling down and rehydrating



22.01.2022 No run coaching for me this weekend , hubby is away so I’ve had to get cover for my sessions. I have actually got fomo from not doing them, I love doing what I do so I’m lucky. However I took the sleep in 630am wake up instead of 5am and enjoyed a cold beer last night which I never do. ... We dropped Evelyn to her gymnastics session and oliver and I hit the gym for a sweat session at The HIIT Movement Rouse Hill A great start to the weekend and guess what I get a sleep in tomorrow too!

19.01.2022 Well done Kellyville Keep Runners - Little challenge pace run for a warm up followed by a strength set for core and glutes We did a 30 second on 15 second off timed session (30 mins work and very effective if done 1-3 times per week) ... Set 1 x 3 rounds Banded bench vsit leg extension (holding your core and pressing legs out straight) hip thrusters on bench or bridges on ground (squeezing glutes up at the top) bench steps ups (ensuring you use full foot in step pushing through heels) seated abductor with band Set 2 x 3 rounds left leg power lunge kickbacks with band right leg power lunge kickbacks with band left leg lateral lunge pulse with band right leg lateral lunge pulse with band Set 3 x 3 rounds over head sit up with banded shoulder pulse vsit or laying cross over legs (straight legs as low as possible) slow oblique mountain climbers (shoulders above your elbows and hands and slowly taking left leg to right elbow and then other side) plank hold Happy Sunday

14.01.2022 Saturday mornings are all about work for me, however I don’t like to call this work. I wake up and get to coach ladies through running sessions, building their self confidence and ability to run. Sounds simple right? Running? Not to everyone, running can be daunting, it can be uncomfortable and it can be scary for many. If you have a program to follow and guided group runs it makes it so much easier and these ladies are a stunning example. ... Happy Saturday everyone have an awesome weekend and keep being you!

12.01.2022 6km done with my mate. He wasn’t so keen on the last km. His max has been 5km before now. Dogs are so clever he got my ques for left and right turns.

10.01.2022 2021 is fast approaching.... and I want to get more ladies running, it releases endorphins, keeps us moving and is a great way to meet other people. I work with @boobsontherun and want to know when and where you want to run in the hills district and between myself and other run leaders in the area we will hopefully make it happen.

09.01.2022 530am gym session today. I rarely get to the early sessions because I’m either running or on parental duties. Today was fanbloodytastic! Good to have a workout buddy or two as well! Today I ran with this legend @jenniferjagoszewski that is always happy, always giving and always making me shit myself laughing. Running is my love, it keeps me happy and keeps me sane, like literally! My only hope is others are inspired by someone’s achievements. Once I’d finished the run I set off to The HIIT Movement Rouse Hill for a C...hristmas Eve session and boy oh boy did it push me, stuffed from running 8km I showed up, showed up for me, showed up and got it done for me, proved I can push myself for me and proved I can do it when I want to. 07.01.2022 Don’t forget to stretch everyday. My traps have been so tight lately, I carry my stress there and tension. Hubby has been giving me good massages around the trap but I’m also a bit of a whimp with pressure so it’s not fun for him My intention this week is to actively stretch my body daily without fail and also ensure my body is warm before sessions. ... What’s your intention this week?

01.01.2022 Running makes me happy, this morning I went out with our local community run group and was so nice to be out and pace myself I did a little warm up KM as my legs were a little tired then hit the pace with the awesome Lucy, Selina and Danielle. A good start for the day. I’m now headed to the gym for some strength and core - fingers crossed the legs hold up
