12.01.2022 Throwback Thursday.... The ladies showing us how it's done! Those dark (cool) winter nights will be back with us soon enough. All ages having a go at Hiitbox that night. You can see how the girls work around the stations - ten stations in all this night - mixing up boxing with body weight exercises - to get a full body workout. Your time at each station is short and sharp - keeping the blood pumping and the brain working too!
