02.01.2022 With the colder weather now, we highly recommend to reheat your takeaway broth if you can And you can also ask for uncooked noodles and cook it at home to your preference With the colder weather now, we highly recommend to reheat your takeaway broth if you can And you can also ask for uncooked noodles and cook it at home to your preference

01.01.2022 Dear All, we learnt that it is a great idea to offer customers the option of having uncooked noodles when ordering takeaway/delivery if you are happy to cook at . In this way you can have ramen cooked fresh, and to your preferred texture. Commercial noodle cooker is a bit different to home cooking. We recommend about 1 minute or a bit longer (and drain it), check it along the way to suit your needs. And if you can reheat the broth, its even better So ask our staff if you want uncooked noodles for takeaway
