24.01.2022 We’ve recently completed a residential extension project in Kingsley. Working closely with the client, we ensured it was kept within budget and executed a plan which was both high quality and cost-effective. This client was referred to us by friends, who we did a similar project for previously. The project took only eight weeks from start to finish. A great turnaround which the client was extremely pleased with. For the front garage, we disassembled the existing structure an...d gave it a makeover which was a much more solid and space conscious build. This allowed for a study/bedroom to be installed in the previous garage space. At the back of the house, we replaced the existing beams with some great new timber beams. Then, we replaced all the patio posts, put in some roof lining boards and finished it off with a new roof and gutters to make it a fabulous entertaining area for the upcoming summer. 22.01.2022 With big days on site at Sacred Heart College, Sorrento, WA we had to get in the right mindset for the task. The Hilburn psychologist (Adam) was in to make sure the crew was in a good mindset and on the ball. The Hilburn Principal even dropped in to make sure everything was on track and everyone was behaving and following the rules. We’ve been at Sacred Heart College recently to upgrade and refurbish the administration building. Sacred Heart is one of our long-term clients an...d we love getting in and upgrading the campus for them. Stay tuned for more updates soon!

17.01.2022 We’ve been getting our hands dirty in the New Year with our latest job at Fremantle Christian College. Site works got underway on Monday, and we’re currently pushing to remove approx. 600 cubic meters of limestone. So, we’ve called in the team at Pullella Earthworks. Our go-to guys for all things earthworks. He’s brought along the right equipment for the job, including a beasty rock breaker to help us get things moving quickly. The architect on the job is Parry and Rosenthal... Architects. We’re going to be building a two-story block for the students of Fremantle Christian College to enjoy, so watch this space and we’ll keep you updated on how we’re going on our latest project. 16.01.2022 We are very proud of the house we have just completed for our valued clients, Martyn and Alison. This house backs onto Star Swamp in North Beach which has a BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) Rating of FZ (Flame Zone). Lots of research and planning was needed to ensure we met all the special requirements. The elevation facing the Swamp required Fire Shutters over the windows. These were sourced from Ballarat Victoria.

10.01.2022 Congratulations to the Hilburn Heat, for a well-deserved win at the Tee-ball Championship Carnival yesterday! At Hilburn, we’re the proud sponsors of the Carine Tee-ball Team and were very pleased to announce that they’ve backed up last year’s win at Yokine with yet another win this year. A great effort from all involved, and we look forward to seeing these awesome young Tee-ballers go on to do great things with their skills. Congratulations!

09.01.2022 Hi All I am writing to ask for help to raise money for a very special young man who has cancer. Kristian is 16 years old and has been a very close personal friend of mine for the last 5 years. I have been his Junior AFL football coach during this time. He was a very promising footy player whose football career was cut short when diagnosed with Stage 4 Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare muscle cancer. Kristian has been in and out of hospital for the last 16 months on a ver...y high chemo dose program. After this programme was completed there was some light at the end of the tunnel for Kristian and he was looking fantastic He could not play football so he helped me (at the Whitford Junior Football Club) as an Accredited Coach. I believe he is one of the youngest coaches to be accredited at the age of 16. Not that long-ago Kristian went in for his 3 monthly scans and they weren’t the results that everyone wanted. The cancer had returned and more. The Doctors have said that another round of Chemo would more lively be unsuccessful. Kristian and his parents, Colin and Tina, refuse to give up and want to explore all avenues to get Kristian better. On Monday 5th August, 2019 they flew to Thailand for alternative treatment. The cost of this treatment for 3 months is over $300,000. There is a GoFundMe Page set up to try and raise some funds. 04.01.2022 We were selected by one of our contractors, Glen from Custom Screens to build a property in The Vines. Glen chose us, as he had seen the quality of our projects and hasn’t had great experiences with project builders in the past. Approaching us with a concept plan, we collaborated with Lou Day from LD Interiors to design and build Glen's dream home.
