22.01.2022 October is Mental Health Month and we'll be dipping our heads in the ocean every day. Sunday was Day 11 of #wowducktober and we surfed some fun waves for 3 hours! If you would like to support Waves of Wellness, a mental health surf charity, please make a donation, link in the comments below, and/or come and join me in the ocean for the month of October. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, we are almost halfway to reaching our goal of $500!
