18.01.2022 Often people who have been diagnosed with mild asthma use a blue puffer to relieve the symptoms quickly but those symptoms come back, sometimes more frequently than other times. In fact, people with mild asthma make up 30-40% of emergency room presentations and 15 to 20% of adults dying from asthma often haven’t had ANY symptoms in the previous 3 months! Thats some surprising information! So there have been trials to show that most adults with mild asthma will benef...it from an inhaler with two medicines in it. Just as we are told to keep ourselves physically fit, we have to look after our minds too!
