22.01.2022 Hi all just to let you know the league has been in discussions over next years age groups. It has been decided that there will be under 9’s, under 11’s, under 13’s and under 15’s.
22.01.2022 Hi, junior football players and supporters, just a friendly reminder that Junior footy training for all age groups (that is, under 10's, under 12's and under 14's) will starting training Wednesday 1 July at 5:00 pm. 11.01.2022 Evening to you all. This post is to remind that we have junior footy training tomorrow night Wednesday 8 July from 5 pm til 6 pm. We will also be measuring up for jumpers. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** see below.... Fiona Reavley will be handing out child safe codes of conduct together with the forms that are required to be signed by players and guardians for the 2020 season. **PLEASE NOTE *** these need to be signed and returned to a committee member before your child will be able to play any matches this season. 11.01.2022 Hello fellow supporters. I am pleased to advise that we will be holding our AGM at the football club change rooms on Tuesday 8 December 2020 at 7:30 pm. Please stay tuned for further details. We are looking into the possibility of running the meeting via Zoom as according to COVID guides there is a limit of 20 people being able to attend in person. This may change after 23 November. You will need to book to attend the AGM in person. In the coming days I will provide a link for nominations and how to book your place if you are wishing to attend in person. Thank you for your patience and assistance. Please note given the corona virus we are asking that all those who are taking part in training bring their own clearly labelled drink bottles please. Your assistance is greatly appreciated
09.01.2022 Just a reminder to all junior football club players you must be registered to commence training. Training will commence on Wednesday 24 June 2020 there are strict guides to comply with whilst attending training that are directives from the State Government of Victoria and AFL. ... Glenn Fozard is our COVID safety officer and will assist in directing players and their guardians when arriving at the ground. This is our first unique training with COVID so your patience would be greatly appreciated. You will need to arrive on time to your training no earlier please. Under 10’s will start at 5 until 6 Under 12’s will start at 5:30 until 6:30 Under 14’s will start at 6 until 7 All juniors who are training need to bring their own drink bottle. You will need a towel and it is recommended to bring a change of clothes. The change rooms will not be open. Public toilets at rear of club will be open. It is recommended that you install the COVID safe app on your phone and Bluetooth activated whilst on the ground. Leave your personal Footballs at home please. Please do not attend if you are unwell or have a temperature. It is recommended that you do not carpool. If your child is not registered they cannot train. Registrations is free this season. 03.01.2022 Afternoon all as of Wednesday 1 July all age groups of junior football, that is under 10’s, under12’s and under 14’s will all train at 5pm until 6 pm every Wednesday. COVID restrictions for junior football have been lifted for players training on the ground. Guardians of the juniors are still expected to comply with social distancing rules. If you can please help spread the word that would be appreciated. ... Yes we are training over the school holidays.

02.01.2022 Further to my training post. A league meeting was held last night. We are hoping to commence a 9 round 2020 season and possibly 2 weeks of finals. It is looking like the season will commence the weekend of 17 July and playing through the school holidays. This is all pending restrictions not being tightened around COVID. There will be a further league meeting a week before the season is to commence. Please watch this space and please share through a chat with our supporters w...ho are not on social media. At this stage there is looking to be just one team per age group for each club. This is a very unique season which will impact our community and future seasons to come. We as a club, value all our players, their families, our community and supporters. We are trying to feed information to you as soon we receive it and consult as a committee. Thanks for your continued support through this time and for your patience. Let’s make the most of training and being apart of our amazing community to support our next generation of awesome footy players - at a safe social distance of course.
