22.01.2022 Our year 4 ukulele band is playing this morning in worship at Glenorchy.

22.01.2022 Year 8 students completed their practical assessment task today for their cuisines around the world unit. Students had to pick a country to research and prepare a sweet or savoury dish from that country. Mrs Matteo had the super tough job of tasting all of these amazing dishes. Well done Year 8!!!



21.01.2022 Year 8 Bible students have been getting in character as they prepare for their upcoming big epic story bible assessment.

20.01.2022 The preps have been working over the last few weeks creating dioramas focusing on the seasons. How great do they look?

20.01.2022 Year 8 Food Tech students are taking a foodie trip around the world as we explore the different cultures in our class. Each student shares a recipe from their cultural background and we learn new skills as we prepare these unique recipes. This week we visited Holland and prepared a Dutch Apple Pie Dish. This dish would be traditionally served when friends and family visit. It was delicious.



19.01.2022 We had time to fit in a sneaky Anzac biscuit bake off in class today with the year 6 students. They did an amazing job.

16.01.2022 Kitchees Cafe & Catering will be having their final catering event for this term on Thursday. There will be frog in a ponds available for sale for primary students on Thursday. For high school students there will be cups of hot chips available for sale @ lunch. We have appreciated your support so much this term.

14.01.2022 Student participation this year was amazing. Well done to everyone for a very successful Athletics carnival and a special shout-out to Mr McAndrew for his organization of the event. That’s a wrap!!!

13.01.2022 Year 6 students had fun tie dying shirts, hats, socks and jumpers today to use up extra supplies from this term. We are looking forward to seeing the final product.

10.01.2022 Year 8 students explored Thai cuisine today making a Thai green curry. They showed great skill in chopping a variety of vegetables in different cuts as part of their preparation. Great work team!!

01.01.2022 Year 6 students were putting some finishing touches on their tie dye bags today as they experimented with iron on transfers. We still have some more designs to complete but they are coming along nicely.
