05.01.2022 What many people don’t know, is that drafting a will is just the beginning of a process which is necessary in order to effect your will, and put it all into action. This process is called a Probate Application, and anyone who has assets would need to go through it. Of course, a person would never be able to pursue their own probate application (since they are the deceased)- and it would be a task for your Executor and Solicitor to oversee the process.
