09.01.2022 Despite winds gusting in excess of 55kph, We put the Phantom 4 in the air to capture a bird's eye view of Mannum Falls. Unfortunately, the footage came out a tad overexposed, but it's pretty stunning none the less.

09.01.2022 Hills Aerial offers aerial photographic services but we also provide aircraft modifications and repairs. Here's a little something we've been working on - The least invasive P3 battery mod possible. A single female XT30 is all that sits external to the stock smart battery and custom 3D-printed brackets keep the Phantom looking smooth. While many have used a male XT60, for a craft that draws 20a in a hover, XT30's are fine - remember that 1/2 the power still comes from the st...ock battery. In addition, a female XT is (virtually) impossible to short, unlike the male counterpart. We also offer the P3 external battery brackets separately and hope to offer further 3D-printed parts as they are requested. See http://hillsaerial.com/ for details

02.01.2022 We had the opportunity to collaborate with Aldgate Baptist Church again, this time to film and photograph their 'Hike for Hohidiai' event. This event raised funds for an amazing organisation based on the Indonesian Island of Halmahera - who provide a medical clinic, free treatment hospital and a school and children's home for the less fortunate. As well as shooting, we enjoyed joining in on the afternoon of raising funds for a great cause! *This was not a paid shoot. If you are running a similar event we'd love to hear from you and possibly help out!
