22.01.2022 New Coffee! We've got something tasty to get you through lockdown! This beautiful coffee has been roasted lighter and suits brewing methods such as Moccamaster, Pour Over, Aeropress and French Press best. We think it tastes like fresh nectarine, dried apricot and cocoa. It's a natural processed coffee from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica. This farm is located at the base of the Poás Volcano in the stunning central valley. The farm operates using renewable energy generated on site, they've reserved 35% of the property for wild forest, and staff and their families are provided with free housing onsite along with subsidised living expenses.
22.01.2022 Now offering Decaf! You asked for it people. This Mexican coffee is 100% Typica variety. It's organic, and has had the caffeine removed using the Swiss Water Process. A process that's been in use since the 80's, and remains one of the most popular ways to remove caffeine without using solvents or other additives.... It's super smooth, and tastes like baking spice, roast nuts and burnt caramel. We can't wait for you to try it!
