25.01.2022 While In Ballarat I decided to take a visit to Food Is Free Laneway Ballarat Lots of inspo and ideas for us to think about using at the gardens. I particilarly liked the communal compost bins and the sigange of the plants in lots of languages. - Brodie

15.01.2022 On the the Day of our April Dig In, we will be hosting the HCG Allium Workshop & Harvest Day we will be running a workshop on how to successfully plant an Allium bed. in this hands on workshop you will learn how to prepare seedlings and bulbs for planting, and the best location for planting Alliums. We will also be harvesting our Jerusalem Artichoke plot, so come with baskets, bags and buckets to take home a haul. If Alliums just isn't your thing, we will also have other HC...G members planting out our Bulb garden. As always make sure you bring a water bottle and if your own pair of gardening gloves.
