13.01.2022 Hillscrest are excited for Mundaring’s new Bar and Tapestry which has opened up in our local hills and are even more thrilled to see all of Lisa Barnett Taylor hard work come to life. The reviews have been amazing and we are looking forward to lunch next week as a team. We are more pleased to announce Hemingway & Co will be one of our very first tasting locations and stockiest of our first batch’s of variety of gins, vodka, limoncello and eventually our single malt whisky wh...en aged in a couple of years time.
