23.01.2022 We have found that #telstra have messed up again and currently our office phone is down. Approximately an hour ago they said the problem is 70% fixed? Hopefully they will get it up and working by tomorrow. For some reason they are not able to divert it to one of our mobiles so we apologise if you have an urgent problem.

22.01.2022 We Upgraded an old CCTV System today to the 2mp Ness NView2 TVI system and moved the clients alarm off the phone line that had been causing trouble over to a 4g Communicator ( Permaconn Network ) He was kind enough to send some feed back. "Hey Ed just wanted to say thanks for your efforts today. I’ve gone over the new DVR and the Permaconn pretty well. Got the DVR stuff fine tuned, cameras renamed, motion recording only etc all sorted. Got it setup on my wifes iphone as a normal user (ie non Admin) and she can see all the cameras but no change anything. Got the Pocket Secure app setup on my ipad, her iphone and my Windows Phone as well all working great. Shoot over the invoice so I can sort it out for you! "

14.01.2022 The NSW Police have facility where business premises that have cctv systems installed can register these systems with the police. This register would be used to by the police to identify if ther is potentially surveillance of an incident available to them. http://www.police.nsw.gov.au//nsw_cctv_registration_form.p

13.01.2022 Surveillance cameras are becoming more common place in our streets and around our homes now days. When quoting a system to our clients we help with suggestions for the best locations for cameras however it is also always a good idea to speak to your neighbours to ensure they understand where your cameras will be viewing. 09.01.2022 To help make this Christmas and holiday season as safe as possible for you, your family and property please be mindful that while you are enjoying that quality ...time together, there are those out there who would like nothing more than to break into your home and take what isn’t theirs. This is a timely reminder to prepare your home before you go away. Some important tips include: * Don’t advertise on social media when and where you are on holidays (Thieves will thank you for sending them your itinerary). * Make your home looked lived in. * Park your car in your driveway if you are away on holidays or ask a neighbour who isn’t away to park their car in your driveway. * Have someone clear your mailbox while you are away or put your mail on hold with your local post office. * Have the grass mowed and hedges trimmed. * Arrange for a neighbour or friend to put your bins out on the correct night. * Don’t leave tools, toys and other property outside lock them away safely in your shed. * Consider timers on lamps in your home. * Have sensor lights installed outside. * Remember to activate your alarm if you have one. * Lock your doors and windows every time you leave even if only for a short while and have secure locks installed on them. * Lock your front door when you are at the back of the house or in the garden. The above is not an exhaustive list by any means, but it may just prevent a thief from breaking into your home. Happy holidays - stay safe and enjoy your time away
