25.01.2022 I always wonder what we will find at the destash will it be quilting fabrics, beads, dress material, vintage fabrics, woolen blankets, machines or scrapbooking papers. One thing I do know is that it is always amazing what comes in the doors and then what leaves for a new home.

24.01.2022 I still remember this day and visiting this lady who was destashing a mega amount of fabric, so many pretties, so many projects, so many ideas. I have heard one lady has almost an equal amount that is coming along on the 26th to Hills Fabric and Craft De-Stash + Upcycled Market 26th Sept 2020 it is going to be hard work not buying for myself.
24.01.2022 I don't know about you but I love seeing and creating from what was once a shhet, towel, blanket, table, cabinet and making it into something else new and fabulous. Just like this glorious coat that was once a blanket. What have you made? And make sure to check out the ladies with their upcycled stands in the third room along with hte destashers that thy may find it hard not to buy from on Saturday.
24.01.2022 Is wool your nemises? Are you coming along to add to your collection or to cull your collection? I know I need to check in with my MIL and SIL as both adore yarns in all manners, so I maybe going home with more from the Hills Fabric and Craft De-Stash + Upcycled Market 26th Sept 2020.

21.01.2022 Bags For Blankets recently put out the following call out - Bags for Blankets is feeling excited. ATTENTION ALL CRISP FANS ... I am after as many empty soft foil crisp packets as possible as part of a wonderful project which began in the UK.I would love to bring this idea to Australia to help the homeless community . These bags can be ironed together to make blankets which can be placed outside a sleeping bag helping to keep it dry and insulated. It takes approximately 150 crisp packets to make one blanket. Please share this page I can collect empty packets or you are more than welcome to post them . Thanks for your support So we are going to be a collection point for them at the next destash in Mundaring on the 13th Febuary, so start collecting them and bring them along with you. https://www.facebook.com/Bags-for-Blankets-102184651789114
