08.01.2022 Let's take a look at what Holistic singing lessons can do for you. I've been a teacher for 14 yrs and while I do 'regular' singing lessons, I also teach holistically incorporating bodywork whereby held negative emotions can be brought up and released through the voice. And musical therapy for clients who need that little bit extra. I have been able to help many children and adults suffering from depression,anxiety,confidence issues, asthma,dementia,parkinsons disease and le...arning difficulties to name just a few. Of course singing isn't a cure all. But it can be utterly amazing and empowering. There is nothing more exhilarating for me than when a client finds their authentic voice. Their empowered chest voice. Often there are tears.. followed by huge smiles ! I really love what I do. I love teaching,guiding,nurturing and helping people to be the best that they can. Both in my singalong groups which are such a blast and with private lessons. Always remember. EVERYONE has the right to sing.
