12.01.2022 A lovely silvery bunch of mugwort has gone into the dehydrator, and once it's dry I'll grind it all up ready for our weed walkers to use in the herbal incense m...aking workshop on Saturday. Mugwort is traditionally used to improve sleep and enhance lucid dreaming. One of its other names is black sage, and when it is burnt as smoke medicine, it had similar cleansing properties to white sage, making it a nice herb to use in incense.
