23.01.2022 Hey lovely hoopers, I hope you've had a wonderful week and had some time to get into the hoop! Tonight is our official last class for the 8 week term, wow time has flown! I am however planning a special two hour class and jam next Thursday that will finish with a little fire hoop show from yours truly! I'll need some RSVP's for that one as ill need at least a few people coming to make it viable, so I'll check in with those attending tonight and send out a message during the ...week letting you all know, fingers crossed it goes ahead so that we can go over all of the things we've learned through the term and have a bit of extra play time before we break for a few weeks (classes will return beginning of October). Tonight we'll be learning some fun tricks and transitions that will add lots of pizzas to your hoopitoir! As usual its not too late to join the class if you haven't already, and feel free to bring a friend along. Hope to see many of your gorgeous faces this eve <3

10.01.2022 Learning a new skill means surrendering to the vulnerability of looking silly and of the feeling of "failure", time and time again. Particuarly when we learn something technical such as hoop dance, what often holds us back is our inability to let go, loosen up and just give it our all. This feeling of embarassment when the hoop falls or our bodies dont do what we want them too. This is not our natural state, it is our conditioning. When babies learn to walk they fall time an...d time again yet they continue trying until they can run, and then skip and then the sky is the limit. We have an inherent nature within us to continue trying and trying and the truth is that its those of us who see "failure" as an important stepping stone towards success, that are in fact the most successful (but don't worry, this is still a work in progress even for me). Heres a video of some of the moves we'll be learning tonight including a few mistakes to show Im really human! I sometimes even mess up on stage, but its all about being loose and having fun right?! Come and let loose tonight with me, and we'll have a whole lot of fun in the process. Hope to see you all for some silly hoop shinanigans, take home bag of tricks included ;)

08.01.2022 Hey lovelies, Hoop class is on again tonight and I'm suuuuuuuper excited to get into some more juicy moves and grooves with you all! I've recreated the event page as a recurring event (shoulda done this from the get go but didnt know you could!) so I will post earlier in the week each week and if you are able to click "attending" so I can get a better idea of how many to expect each class that'd be super helpful! This also means you can share the event with friends or on you... feed if you like and it wont disappear from existence. See below! Please try and shoot me a text or give me a call if you're running late as I'm going to try and remember to lock the door at about 7:15. My number is on the poster in the window if you get stuck :P Also please try and bring the correct money if you're paying cash as I cant guarantee that ill have any change for you. 06.01.2022 Hello beautiful hoopers! I hope you're getting to enjoy some of this delicious sunshine today. Ahhh it feels like forever since we've had a day like this! We're back on tonight at 7 and I'm super excited to focus on some lovely transitions that will give you more portals to string together the tricks that you have learned (or will learn) and will enable you to feel like you can really begin to get your groove on with the hoop. By the end of class you will have a little routi...ne that you can take home and practice, or mix into your flow, with lots of variations for intermediate hoopers. As usual pre-payment is preferred or please try and bring the correct change if paying in class. This is the 3rd last class for this term before we have a little break and begin again at the end of September/start of October (TBA). Hope to see you all this evening <3
