09.01.2022 - Testimonial - Good afternoon, I just want to take a moment to thank the staff at Hills in Hollywood DFO Jindalee for their outstanding service, help and advice.... On Saturday 21st January, I had an appointment to try on some bridal gowns. It was my first day trying on dresses, but not the first store of the day. Earlier that morning Id had a negative experience at Chermside, where the staff were dismissive and unhelpful because it was my first time trying on dresses, and the lady with whom I had booked an appointment left me with a junior attendant and walked off with a formal-wear shopper instead. I left feeling rushed and forgotten, and as if this was not the exciting experience Id hoped for. It was very refreshing, therefore, to be greeted with enthusiasm, warmth and friendliness at Hills in Hollywood Jindalee later that day. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who assisted me. She was kind, accommodating and helpful. She ensured I had a dressing room and podium to myself, where my bridesmaids could sit and be a part of the experience. She focused on me for the whole hour with careful attention and fantastic advice. She offered her opinions, quickly gathered the dresses I wanted to try, and was so knowledgeable and warm. Above all, she made me feel special - exactly how I wanted my wedding dress shopping experience to be. She took her time with me and didnt pressure me into buying anything, and was perfectly okay with this being my first day. There were no other people crowding around the podium interrupting me, and the whole experience felt very exclusive. Additionally, the dresses were reasonably priced and the store was very nice inside and out, with a gorgeous changing room and lovely lighting and fittings. The store was well-kept and luxurious, with a beautiful selection of dresses. I just want to give my appreciation for such a fantastic experience, and offer my thanks to the lovely staff who made this bride-to-bes wedding gown shopping so much better.
