23.01.2022 One more sleep - This Season the scoring will be done by one representative from each team - just like previous years BUT this year we will have our spiffy new tablets. Easy to use, just like using paper but we can record your player stats and no trees harmed. We are here to assist you but many already know how to use it from Winter and WABL. We will have some of our Winter Scorer's there to show you what to do over the next couple of weeks!

During this iconic round we ask all patrons to donate a gold coin upon entry in support of Ken’s chosen charity, The Cancer Council WA. 09.01.2022 WELCOME BACK What a night!! It was so good to see you all back on the court! Hundreds of athletes bringing Mundaring arena and hard courts alive! How amazing was it to hear all the balls bouncing, children laughing and parents cheering. We couldn’t be prouder! All 8 courts saw some highly competitive games which were filled with fantastic displays of superb team work, right across our U12s through to adult men’s and woman’s. Friday night sees more action from U14s to mixed and we can’t wait! See you all back soon.

07.01.2022 Important notice to all our members, please remember although we are extremely fortunate to live in WA the threat of Covid-19 has not yet been eradicated. It is easy to forget the guidelines we are still governed by to safely participate in community sport. We at Hills Raiders have been very busy displaying updated Covid-19 information around the venue and there are sanitising stations located at all entry and exit points. Please be patient between games while our committee members work hard wiping down benches and scoring systems, we want to keep you and your families as safe as possible. Remember we are all responsible for maintaining good hygiene, social distancing and stay home if you are sick. Together we can make this season the best yet!

01.01.2022 CHECK FIXTURES Last week it was pouring with rain this week the sun is trying to melt us. Due to extreme heat tomorrow HRBA have made early changes to tomorrow nights fixtures to ensure the safety and well being of our players, their families, umpires and volunteers. ... Although the weather is predicted to be 35-37 deg tomorrow, the outside on-court temperature will be a lot higher. Implementing the HRBA Heat policy at 4pm tomorrow would potentially see us having to cancel games. However, we have worked extremely hard looking at varying options and have been able to reshuffle a few of the outside courts fixtures. Upon discussions with our Referee coordinator to ensure we have enough available referees to cover the changes, fixturing games to make sure our littlies don’t play too late and still not pushing out into the 9:30pm time slot, we have been very busy. So, along with the positive feedback from our clubs, which we truly appreciate, we have put in place a contingency plan that will allow ALL games to still be played tomorrow night.
