25.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just an early reminder about memberships. Everyone who wants to play Volleyball will need to re-register by the 1st of April for the 2020 - 2021 season. The cost is $50 Adults and $40 for U/ 19... Please contact me for details on how to register or bring your fee to Volleyball and we will register you on the night. All players must be registered due to insurance policies. We allow the first week as a try out but, anyone taking the court by the second week needs to be registered before they can play on court due to insurance cover. 24.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone that came tonight. I'm really impressed with our younger players. During training they gave every new drill their best. To our adult players you all are becoming very strong competitive players. Within only a few months I've seen the skills of new players improve exponentially in such a short time frame. Keep up the great work. Tonights open games were extremely competitive and challenging, we all worked up quite a sweat and battled to the very end loc...king horns and fighting to win back serves and crucial points. There were some brilliant front court attacks and awesome digs and saves. What an awesome night! :) See you all next week thanks Tina Mann

23.01.2022 Hi everyone:) Unfortunately due to a substantial number of committee members and people being unable to attend this week we have decided to forgo Volleyball until next week on Thursday as the school presentation is on Wednesday. Thursday may be hard for some to come but there are a few people who are really keen to play so I'll open the hall for games. We look forward to seeing everyone Thursday the 12th ready for some awesome rallies on court :)... Our last night of Social Volleyball will be in 2 weeks time on the 18th December. Everyone is encouraged to attend as we will have a small presentation, photos and nibbles followed by games. 19.01.2022 Hi Volleyball fans :) Wednesday night social Volleyball is on again from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the hall. Everyone is welcome to join in and play. Cost for weekly play is $5 for individuals or $10 for a family. The first few weeks are free for interested players then you will need to register for insurance purposes and pay your weekly fee to play. ... Weekly fees go towards the hire of the hall. 15.01.2022 Hi everyone:) This Wednesday is our last social volleyball night night for the year. I wanted to do a small presentation but most of our members will be away on their holidays. Our season doesn't end until April 2020 so ill save our presentation night till then.... This week we will have light refreshments for players followed by games. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone:) It's come to my attention that many people are having difficulty registering for Volleyball. I have found that if you try to register to many times you will be kicked off for 20mins till you can log in. Also, for families you can't you use the same e-mail address for multiple members which is annoying but, ill have to let NSW Volleyball know this is inconvenient for families with children. I propose tonight would be a good night for people to come with their d...etails and money to register or talk to me if you are unable to pay rego straight away. We want everyone to play and join in, arrangements can be made for anyone to make this possible. Another thing that i will be asking players to do in the very near future after our next meeting is to pay $5 a week for individuals and $10 for families to help cover the cost of hiring the hall and well needed funds can go towards the running of the Association for equipment, training, Christmas party and presentations. If this is successful I can look at running Volleyball on Thursdays in the future aswell for people who can't make it to Wednesday nights. 06.01.2022 Congratulations to the following athletes who have been selected to represent Volleyball Australia's Junior Development Program to play matches against the Japa...n U15 Boys National Team at the AIS in Canberra from 22-26 FEB 2020. The teams and coaches have been hard at work since 19 FEB, developing skills and game play, while also participating in education sessions on strength and conditioning, as well as recovery practices. Tomorrow's matches will be streamed on Facebook with Team Green vs Japan starting at 0930 AEDT and Team Gold vs Japan starting at 1400 AEDT. See more
