20.01.2022 So our doors are officially closed. Thank you from our family to all of our members for you support through this confusing and strange time. Hill Street is much more than a business, it’s a community and even though we have to socially distance our selves we are still here.. we can all support each other in different ways.. I will be starting an online face book group tonight..... We will be doing our best over the next few weeks to ensure everyone keeps moving, stays physically robust, and perhaps most importantly stays mentally healthy so please be patient as we get in touch on how to progress from here. 19.01.2022 aaaaand we’re back!!! Who’s keen to start monday? As most of you know we are allowed 20 members on site with the 4sq meter rule but only 10 in a group.... So we’ve doubled all classes am and pm.. Still a 45min session 610- 6:50am 6:45- 7:25am 7:20- 8am 7:55- 8:40am Mums and bubs 9-9:40am 9:35 - 10:20am 5:30-6:10pm 6:05- 6:45pm Members if you haven’t booked yet I would do so.. Non members now welcome to book now... Use the link below to book in to all classes for next week.. and possibly the week after if you want to get in early.. Sorry the booking app is a bit strange and you need to log back in every session you book.. If you book a class you need to come to the session.. you can cancel the class. earlier the better. There will be punishment if you don’t show up to three sessions that have booked Hopefully this is only for a week or two Get in quick If you do miss a time you need let me know... Some members are able to swap out.. The gym and crèche have had a full clean down.. You will need to clean hands before and after sessions You will need to bring a towel to every session I will have spray bottles and wipes on the floor to clean after each block.. 08.01.2022 CHANGE OF PROGRAM As of monday the 2nd of March we’ll be making a few changes @hill_street_fitness 1. MON WED FRi will now be conditioning and hiit sessions. TUE THUR will be strength.... We’re adding in 4 more squat racks...a stack of plates and barbells for more deadlifts , squats and lifting. This gives you the opportunity to pick which sessions you come to... but we highly recommend you coming to at least 2 strength and 2 conditioning sessions per week. (Sat will remain the same) 2. Bench Mark Testing Every 10 weeks we will test and re-test key strength and endurance components to monitor your progress.(this is not compulsory) Our Yoga Studio @hill_street_yoga will be up and running in March as well
