17.01.2022 Almost 2 years on ... we have now established a great foundation herd with a strong influence of Glenlands genetics and are really focusing on our bloodlines and quality at Hilltop. Just a few of the females we purchased from Waringle Droughtmaster Stud, Grandview Droughtmaster Stud, Chilverton Droughtmasters and Vitwood Droughtmaster Stud enjoying their new home on the Atherton tablelands.

13.01.2022 Sharing this great report on the progress of the Waringle cattle purchased by Rachael, Scot and Emily Bowden Hilltop Droughtmasters - look at these happy health...y mums and bubs, we just love it - thanks for sending Rachael! "Hi, I took some photos of the girls today 949 and her 4 week old heifer. 959, was a leggy nervous heifer. She has grown beautifully and has become very quiet. She should calve in the next few weeks. 951 was our first girl to calve. Her bull calf is 10 weeks. He was a standout from our first drop of calves. 970 was one of the light weight girls when she arrived. She loves food! She has done quite well. Has a lovely udder. Her baby is about 3 weeks. 974 was one of the 3 younger/smaller heifers. Her bull calf is almost 3 weeks. He is a solid fellow. 960, our daughter claimed. She has a 5 week old heifer calf. All in all, we are very happy with your girls. We will hopefully have another calf this afternoon out of one of the small heifers, 973. I hope you guys get some relief from this dry weather soon. We have a chance of storms this week, but I am not pinning my hopes!!"
