06.01.2022 PRODUCER PROFILE | Nic Boskell - Sweet Wheat Nic loves making bread. Not just any bread, artisan breads, packed full of goodness and flavour! After completing h...is apprenticeship in a commercial bakery, Nic longed to create something ’more’. So, he set out to learn about the art and science of creating naturally leavened breads. After three plus years learning from the best, Nic was employed as head baker at the then newly opened Bread + Butter in Launceston. Recently Nic launched Sweetwheat, his own bakery brand, producing naturally leavened artisan breads and pastries.
