19.01.2022 We’re starting the week with a #throwback post, as we celebrate 15 years since the re-birth of Hilton Sydney, on this day in 2005. After two years of renovation, our doors re-opened in 2005 to an array of spectacular change. Sydney’s oldest and most loved watering hole, the heritage listed Marble Bar was restored. Zeta Bar morphed into a cocktail bar and we saw the birth of chef’s hatted restaurant glass brasserie by Luke Mangan. The last 15 years have not been without ...change, with a total revamp of the hotels event space in 2017 and the investment in 2018 to refurbish glass brasserie as well as the recent renovation of our lobby cafe, Cafe Cino. We remain optimistic as we navigate these unknown times and thank our talented Team Members and valued guests for making Hilton Sydney what it is today.
