You will learn some of the history and principles of sound healing, you will also learn how to play the Tibetan Singing Bowls for yourself for healing and meditation. You will learn how to play them for others and how to use them as a compliment to your own therapies and practices. Don't miss out!

24.01.2022 Lots of laughter and silliness in the shop this morning when my children (aged 10, 8 and 6) were trying on our new range of children's clothes! Tara wants to take it all home and the boys love the shirts and pants. All of our children's clothing are only $15 per piece. We have been unsure about the future of our business, wondering whether we would be able to ride through this incredibly challenging time. The conversation we keep coming back to is that our shop is so much more than us, it impacts on the people in Nepal who work hard to make our beautiful products, it impacts on the families who rely on this income. 22.01.2022 This singing bowl is so powerful and beautiful, I can feel its energy when I play it. Som and I often bring items into our shop that we love with our hearts. We understand they may not sell but we always say they add something special to the space, this bowl is one of those items but lately I have a strong feeling that it will soon end up in someone’s home!

Most nights we play bowls to our children before they go to sleep, it helps to relax their minds and to let go of unhelpful thoughts. It has been so exciting to receive these photos from Ann who now has an amazing collection of beautiful bowls, bells and a gong. Ann has told me about the positive impact the bowls have had on her home life; Ann’s family, friends and even her animals (including cows and horses) all love the healing sounds of the bowls. 05.01.2022 We sold out of the white pants last week but quickly got some back in stock, this time in white, off white and a taper leg black pant. They're a one size fits all, I've seen them on women sized 8-18 and they look amazing on everyone. We also have some new tops in stock, I love the plain black one, its comfortable and has a nice neck line.

02.01.2022 We’re thinking ordering these calico bags for our shop but it would mean charging a $1-$2 surcharge for the bag. We’ve never charged for bags before but because of Covid it will be a while before we can get our usual bags back in stock. We’ve thought about paper bags but they more often than not end up in the bin. Would you pay $1-$2 for a bag if you needed one?
