While everyone's attention is on the "culprit" COVID 19 let's not forget that the host environment is a crucial factor that determines outcomes. So everything we do from a health and healing perspective ...diet, yoga, pranayama, meditation, self-help bodywork and more... is invaluable and many of us now actually have the time and space to really pay attention to this. Let's also use this time to rest and de-stress. Fear is an enemy in a physical, emotional and spiritual sense. Music always helps me and perhaps it will help you too.
