17.01.2022 A message to all who couldn’t use prince street bridge this morning as my truck was jammed on the bridge. I WASN’T DRIVING. My truck was stole this morning and the thieves drove into the bridge. I know it doesn’t fit. I live here so before making assumptions, the facts are the truck was STOLEN and was caused by the thief.

12.01.2022 I’ve got to give it a huge thumbs up to the Fulton Hogan Traffic Controller guys here at Picton, right on the bridge handling the detour road along with the Victoria Bridge traffic. Absolutely smooth and professional. These guys earn their pay and don’t get the credit they deserve.

12.01.2022 Hi all. After considering where I’m at and the business I am at this stage planning on re-starting up Highlander Industrial Maintenance again in the new year. A replacement truck has been purchased and new gear ordered that was lost with the truck when it was stolen. Given my personal recovery time from my injuries keeping me out of action till maybe January (sooner I hope) need to keep my bills happy to be ready to fire it all back up and hit the ground running. ... As I can guess we all can’t wait to see this year over and start fresh for 2021. I know I am. Good luck and thanks. Neil

08.01.2022 Thank you for everyone’s support with my truck and trailer being stolen end of last month. Unfortunately during the process of salvaging what I could save from the truck I fell onto the tow ball breaking 4 ribs in 6 places, flail chest, lung and spleen damage. I have just got home from 16 days in hospital including 9 days in ICU getting put back together including rib fixation steel plates. At this stage, Highlander Industrial Maintenance is closed due to the loss of the tr...uck and equipment and now myself. Although I would like to bring the business back, at this stage being realistic about the situation I have a long road to recover before trying to recover the business. I just want to thank everyone for the support and well wishes. Neil Harvey

05.01.2022 Unfortunately Highlander Industrial Maintenance is currently out of service for a little while except for focussing on completing booked work prior to when my truck was stolen this week. I’d like to thank my customers for their understanding and allowing the work to be rescheduled even though this has also made it hard for them. The roll on effect from this hurts more than just me, including the problems with the bridge being closed and the pain of the traffic headache thro...ugh the Main Street. Hopefully over the next few weeks I can find the right solutions to fix myself and get back to fixing your challenges to the same standard expected. I don’t know how yet but watch this space. Thanks to everyone for your support and well wishes.

04.01.2022 I’d like to thank the guys who stole my truck and trailer this morning from my house and turned left onto prince street bridge. Glad you found out the truck doesn’t fit. Thanks for writing off my truck for me and closing the bridge. You lot are the dumbest thieves imaginable. At least I know where it is. Top fucking effort.

02.01.2022 Just putting out a request to the blokes who stole my truck yesterday. Can you contact me and let me know if you realized the dash cams on the dash board were there and thought it'd be a great idea to throw them out of the door before taking off in my truck. I can't wait for the Police to hand them back to me (with the SD card still in it) so i can see the look in your eyes when you saw them there. I hope your hurting this morning you dumb shit, that was a big hit when you slammed the bridge.

01.01.2022 It’s been said for a generations. Would our economic stress with covid be as bad as it is if our manufacturing wasn’t outsourced but told #stay home as well? Let’s get it back and lock the gate this time as the horse has already bolted. No point blaming but how can we learn from this and bring it back, with balance. ... https://www.linkedin.com//aussie-manufacturing-ranks-last-
