25.01.2022 ITS BACK! Come into the Hinchinbrook Aquatic Centre tomorrow between 12-3 for our open day. Free entry into the pool and free learn to swim assessments.... We will also be taking bookings for next term. OPENING HOURS Monday - Friday 9am - 330pm Public Swimming 330pm - 5pm Squad Swimming Saturday & Sunday 10am - 2pm Public Swimming RULES WHILE USING COMPLEX - Only 10 people allowed in the complex at one time. Bookings are not required but if you are concerned about numbers feel free to call ahead. - Please observe social distancing rules. - Only 1 swimmer or walker per lane. - No spectators (we cannot allow extra patrons when limited to only 10 on the premises at a time) - Change rooms will be closed (please change at home before coming). - 45 minute time slots will be allocated per swimmer. 22.01.2022 Update to open hours With restrictions slowly lifting we are able to open the pool a little further the accomodate more public swimming. Please see our new opening hours below OPEN TO PUBLIC ... Monday 9am - 6pm Tuesday 9am - 6pm Wednesday 9am - 6pm Thursday 9am - 6pm Friday 9am - 330pm Saturday 9am - 3pm Sunday 9am - 3pm All of our Learn to Swim and Squad swimming will be taking place in the 25m pool between 330pm to 6pm unless directed otherwise. But please note, if you would like use of the 25m, check with the front counter staff to see if space can be made for you.

18.01.2022 ALL LEARN TO SWIM & COACHING ARE ON We are continuing to run all of our learn to swim programs and afternoon coaching for the remainder of this term. Keep and eye on our Facebook page in the event that anything changes with direction from above. But at this stage term 2 will commence as normal on April 20 after the Easter break. ... 16.01.2022 Pool closed to public today Herbert River swimming carnival is being held at the pool today, so unfortunately this means we are closed for general swimming. Our learn to swim program is still going ahead in the 25m pool.

10.01.2022 COVID - 19 We will never put the health of your child, you, your family or our staff at risk. There is no current advice to avoid small gatherings or stop going to school, childcare, soccer, swimming etc. So we are currently still open and continuing our programs. ... We ask that all of our families stay safe and practice increased hygiene when using our pool. We recommend the standard washing of hands but also recommend a shower before swimming where possible. We have plans in place for these challenging times and will be guided by the advice from the State and Federal Government in relation to the current coronavirus (covid-19) situation. In the event of any closure, we will suspend lessons for the required period of time and we will re-open when we are advised to do so, and when it is considered safe for staff and clients alike. If any of our swimmers or their families are feeling unwell, please stay at home until symptoms have passed - this is best practice

With each colour meaning something different about her swimming story, and it even features Coach Luc himself! Well done Evie, its beautiful!
