We hired 'Masquerade' and not only were the owners Bob and Astrid very kind to us, we got to see an amazing part of Australia. 17.01.2022 Hinchinbrook Blue Light Branch in conjunction with QFES Halifax are holding a Bushfire Appeal Fundraising BBQ in Borello Park, Lucinda starting at 5.00Pm on Sat...urday the 11th January 2020. Sausage/bread and drinks available for purchase. Profits from the event will be donated to Gippsland Relief Fund and WIRES Wildlife Rescue Service. Any cash donation will also be accepted at the event. Let’s get together for this great cause, we care in Hinchinbrook. See more

The houseboat had everything we needed for a great weekend - the owner was very welcoming and took the time to explain how to use everything on the boat and briefed us on safety issues.... Had a very enjoyable and peaceful weekend in the Hinchinbrook channel. Also, knowing that our vehicle was parked in a secure area was reassuring.
