11.01.2022 We recently had the pleasure of transferring this gentleman to hike the Thorsborne Trail on Hinchinbrook Island. Lance is an experienced multi day hiker and at 72 years old, age is no barrier! Not only did Lance spend five days hiking the trail on his own, he also flew his own aircraft from Brisbane to Cardwell to add to his adventure. After completing the Thorsborne Trail, Lance then flew to Rolleston and hiked the Carnarvon Gorge Great Walk (89 km over 6 days). Lance considers Hinchinbrook Island’s Thorsborne trail the most interesting walk that he has ever done!

05.01.2022 We might be shivering in Queensland (and yes it is cold in Cardwell), but the positive is the days are glorious. A couple of different views of Mount Bowen taken today on a run down the east coast of Hinchinbrook Island.
