This walk will be hosted by Hindi-speaking guide and promises you a new appreciation for WA's incredible native flora after a guided stroll through the impressive displays! You will gain insight into the leading horticultural practices used in the WA Botanic Garden and how they might apply to your own garden. Prepare for your walk - Wear sturdy, closed-in shoes and come dressed for the weather with a hat, jacket, sunscreen and drinking water. - This walk requires a moderate level of fitness and is suitable for most wheelchairs and prams. - Toilet facilities are available nearby. - People with a disability are encouraged to contact us to ensure we meet your needs for this event. - Our events go ahead in rain or shine, however walks may be cancelled in extreme weather conditions. 06.01.2022 Hindi Samaj of WA (HSWA)'s showcased the true spirit of volunteering by setting up their stall at Diwali Mela 2020. Everyone worked day and night to make it a grand success yet again. Food was prepared by Tadka Foodizz and the patrons did stop craving for the same. We are thankful to our hard working volunteers to put in such great efforts. We are also thankful to all the HSWA members who specially came to support HSWA. We would also take the opportunity to thank all our pat...rons who gave us so much of love and thanks for your patience in maintaining such long queue for our food. Apart from the food stall, Hindi Paathshala also setup a stall promoting our Hindi classes. Hindi Samaj of WA (HSWA) also participated in the cultural parade organised to represent India away from India. Thank you Indian Society of WA (ISWA) in organising such a beautiful Diwali Mela and putting a smile on everyone's face in such COVID-19 global pandemic. Keep up the good work.
