Studies have shown that regular recreational running improves the knee joint health, reducing the risk of developing knee osteoarthritis. 09.01.2022 Here are some some exercises that can improve your posture! If you do not have theraband at home some weights can be used instead. In today’s society we sit too much watching tv, on computers and iPads and using mobile phones. We drive instead of walking for convenience and we use machines to do all the hard work instead of our bodies! This results in weaker neck, back and shoulder muscles. Our bodies are to move, lift, bend and twist! This is the key to a happy, healthy, pain free body.
