23.01.2022 ATTN MEMBERS AND ARCHERY FRIENDS PLEASE READ FULL POST.. Let's kick this year off with our first 3D shoot this Sunday, all welcome. $20 shoot fee. Working bee ...Saturday to set up if we can get a few members down to help that would be awesome. NEW Indoor night shooting 5:00pm-8:00pm every 2nd and 4th Thursday night Facebook reminders will be posted.This is anyone wanting to practice indoor rounds and gives a chance for new compound shooters to come down and get some one on one training on any aspect of archery from myself (Josh) or any of our other capable regulars. Cost is $2 to cover lights. New targets faces are available for purchase $2 NEW The Sunday after our 3d shoot's we'll be starting a Vegas style indoor round. Starting 9:00 am. We'll record scores and If we get numbers completing then we can turn into a once a month comp with different divisions and so on. But all in all good practice for the indoor championships. Cost $2 for target face. (Might be a small fee per shoot if this turns into a competitive shoot later down the track) NEW We have EFPOS now..... We have QR CODE sign in or a laptop to sign in. This is the requirement to keep the club trading. If you want to know more about the whole system ask myself (Josh) or Richard and we can answer any queries you have. 23.01.2022 To all members Our sanctioned shoot was a great success despite the rain and Sunday being cancelled. I think everyone had a great time and I must thank all the members who worked so hard to set everything up. I also must thank the canteen staff who did a wonderful job. A reminder that our monthly meeting will be held 6pm on Thursday night at the clubhouse. We have lots to talk about so come along everyone and bring your ideas and suggestions. Everyone is welcome.... Attached is the updated calendar for the rest of the year.

21.01.2022 THIS SUNDAY HINTERLAND FIELD ARCHERS XMAS PARTY This year we are providing members a FREE lunch "pig on the spit with vegies and salad. (Lunch at 12:00)... ($5.00 non members) Canteen will be open for drinks. This year we are not doing club trophies due to corona but we are awarding some special trophies to some lucky members. It's going to be a big day with heaps of activities planned - A mini multi target 3d range - Running pig - Iron boar - 99 yard bear shoot - Indoor range poker challenge - kids prize shoot Hope to see all you guys there

21.01.2022 I would ask people wanting to join the club to please be patient. Our training officer has been inundated with requests and he is doing his best. He can only handle about 10 at a time so there may be delays in getting you into training. There is a waiting list and he will get to you as soon as possible. 10.01.2022 Aldi has range finders this Saturday, there entry level but they work they seem to have upgraded them too. Price point cheap rangers $150-$250. good ones that cut and do low light/black well $400 plus. Just putting out there for new members who might interested' Cheers

09.01.2022 Hay guys... Looking forward to tomorrow there was a couple showers this morning, but the sun's been out since 9:30am... Wasn't to bad to be honest on the ranges lots of tree cover. Saturday meant to be showers in the morning sunday is clear. So we're still on trophies and shooter points up grabs. See you in the morning.

07.01.2022 COVID-19 Update- 10th of August 2020 Congratulations and a thank you to all the clubs running events and applying and upgrading their Risk Management Plans in l...ine with activities undertaken. CLUBS: Clubs can continue to manage current activities within local, State & Territory and federal governing bodies guidelines and requirements. It is imperative that the clubs ensure that they have in place their Risk Management Plans before each event and activity. This remains the club’s committee’s or delegated person’s responsibility. STATE OF ORIGIN: State of Origin Event this has been postponed based on current COVID-19 restrictions in States & Territories as well as the current border closures a new date to be provided NATIONALS: 3D AAA Nationals The Committee is still undertaking activities with stakeholders planning for the 2020 Nationals at Nambucca Heads. With our current situation in managing COVID-19 in 2020, we are going to review the situation approximately 7 weeks from the scheduled date of the Nationals and will advise our membership of the outcome.
