25.01.2022 Dear Bill, Just over a year ago,we met at a local caravan show and went from those negotiations to today's final pick up and possession of our NewAge "Big Red ES2". Certainly a long and methodical process with an end result of the van we asked for. We are happy with how it was finished and the care taken to present the van. What was equally encouraging was the service shown by the staff .I want to emphasise that the process seemed easier as time went on,especial...ly with a"mid stream team change". I'd like to let it be known that Staff from Admin were very efficient.Special mention to Maria and her very confident pleasant manner and precision informative correspondences .We also had similar dealings with Kellie,a very nice ,bright lady to deal with. With the actual hands on side of Hinterland,I thanked staff like Mark (Solar),Kev ( hitching and van orientation,our Ol'mate "rod",of whom has a high level of mechanical/trade skills that was topped by his infectious likeable character. Bill I'd like you give a special person thanks to Dan,of whom had to pick up a potentially messy midstream change.He handled all our promised extras and special rectification with calm and confident effectiveness.He also was easy to contact and always responded to enquirey.I hope that you will never have to lose this employee as I think you will have to travel far to replicate his abilities. Of course,Bill,all teams need a leader,and I am confident that points to you,and if so,is certainly reflected by our experience (anyway).We felt from day one dealing with you and the intent that you listened to us (as clients) was refreshing and reassuring. So thank you Bill,for your past,current and any future enquirey/device in the future and will certainly be advocating to other the details of our experience with Hinterland Caravans/NewAge. 19.01.2022 Well 2015 brought us lots of changes and most for the good. Lots of happy customers camping and travelling in their brand new caravans and many enjoying the great quality trade-ins that we have had the good fortune to trade. The best news is that we are now the Queensland and NSW Distributors of both Supreme Caravans and Leader Caravans. Along with our recent partnership with Crusader Caravans and our old friends at Traveller Caravans we are looking forward to an exciting and prosperous 2016.
