11.01.2022 How awesome is this mini bootcamper who comes along and watches his mama work then goes home and does it himself! We had so much fun yesterday, playing soccer in between training. The kids always add so much life to what we do at bootcamp and I absolutely love every second of it!

If you're not a morning person but want to be, create the habit just twice a week of getting up early. Once you're used to the twice a week, go to three times a week. Soon enough it won't even become a second thought! The same as starting any new routine, start small and build up. If you need something to keep you accountable to get up early, bootcamp can help - your fitfam will always be there! There is really no better start to the day

03.01.2022 Weekend number 2 of YTT finished. What a WEEKEND! This weekend we learnt more flow, started on anatomy, learnt more history of yoga, learnt other meditation styles and learnt more Sanskrit. It's easy to feel overwhelmed to be honest. The days cover A LOT and the constant practicing the poses means my body is very sore and tired. But truthfully, I'm just so thankful that not only do I get to fully immerse myself in such a powerful and vital movement and practice but I have also met the most incredible group of people who I get to share this journey with. Bring on weekend number 3 in two weeks time!! #yoga #yogi #learning #meditate #poweryoga #crowpose
