23.01.2022 Great afternoon for the HBC presentation yesterday. We had all the kids at home and they had a blast. Thanks to all the parents for your continued support for your child and our club. 2020 presented challenges for everyone and getting through this will create opportunities for next year. Thanks to Aleesha for all the work you do in the background you support is appreciated by everyone. Thanks Flip and Mel for your support in the gym day in day out, it doesn’t go unnoticed. 19.01.2022 Great start to 2021. Tasman Fighters is one of the biggest boxing promotions in Australia. This sigining is a massive step in the right direction for Dana-James Russell Coolwell in his quest to become champion of the world. This is a culmination of 8 years of hard work and sacrifice and it is a testament to Dana’s character and resolve to be the best version of himself he can be. It also demonstrates to young people in our gym and our community that hard work and dedication ...creates opportunities. Congratulations Dana. Thanks to everyone involved who made this happen. The session is FREE and open to all ages and skill levels. 4:00 pm start. Session Timetable Boxing Fitness ... 12.01.2022 As 2020 comes to a close we thought it was a year we would get everything we wanted. Now we know 2020 is a year we appreciate everything we have. We are closed from 24 December to 4 January. From 4 January to 7 January there will be 5:45 pm classes running only.... Normal timetable resumes 11 January. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

11.01.2022 Pee Wee Boxing is starting back first week of the school term. Monday and Wednesday 3:30 to 4:15 pm. $100 per month ... Coach Destinee will be taking the classes, Destinee has trained at HBC for 4 years, is qualified and experienced. Having worked with children previously She has a natural rapport with kids. The content for the class will be fun with a focus on agility, balance and coordination. Children will need to a bring a water bottle, towel and gloves. Gloves can be purchased at the gym. All classes are DROP OFF and GO. Pick up at 4:15 pm from the waiting area at front of gym inside.

Liam has been training the house down and improving with every session. This will be his first fight out of HBC and he will be ready to throw down on the night.
