20.01.2022 What an incredible story of resilience and fighting spirit! Congratulations Cara Morrison you've done amazingly well coming back from this tragedy! Our well deserved Member of the month in December!... "My life changed in February when I was crossing the road and was hit by a cyclist running a red light, hitting my head on the road. Luckily an off duty nurse happened to be there who administered emergency first aid before I was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery for a traumatic brain injury and undiagnosed tumor. I remember nothing of this, nor much of anything as I had amnesia for 55 days following. Being in the hospital or rehab facility for 3 x months where simple things like walking or standing on one leg required all my energy and focus meant that my fitness and strength had disappeared - all my energy went into getting well enough to come home. It was daunting to think about walking stairs let alone doing box jumps! When I started with HIPE, and personal training with the amazing Veronika Kováová, I still had a way to go with balance, confidence and strength issues. Veronika helped me through these whilst encouraging me to do more than I thought I could - she even knows when I am struggling with motivation or temptation somehow and a message from her mysteriously appears on my phone keeping me on track. 2020 has been challenging but I have a great team, and a big part of that team is Michael Griffiths and all the crew at HIPE, especially Veronika <3 Everyone says I have come so far, but I still have a long way to go and prefer to look forward to how much I can do in 2021! "

18.01.2022 Aaaaand the Body Transformation Winner in the male category isssss, Austin! Well done mate you absolutely smashed it. Looking great. Weight lost: 10.4 kgs Body fat lost: 4.6% Muscle gained: 2.5%... "I joined Hipe as soon as the gyms reopened after the Covid lockdown, at this point I hadn’t trained in over 6 months and needed to get back to it. At about two weeks in I got a message from Stefan letting me know about the 8 week challenge, I looked into the results of previous participants and knew I had to do it to kickstart my fitness when I had been out of action for so long. so I signed up!. In the beginning it was quite challenging, I was training a lot more and a lot harder than I ever had before and I was tired and extremely sore. After about 2 weeks I was starting to see results and things were becoming easier and I was really enjoying the workouts, I knew it was working and it kept me pushing myself. I'm very happy for doing the challenge and I would encourage others to do it, the results you get and the way you feel is worth it. Thank you to the Hipe team for getting me back into the gym and enjoying every minute of it."

15.01.2022 Another HUGE 12 week transformation from coach Igor and his client Michael R. Congratulations you guys absolutely smashed it. We started with a goal of fat loss, body fat percentage of 31% up to 19% today, initial body weight 104 kg, today 84 kg TWENTY KG Down!... In these 3 months, amongst other things, we have monitored weekly steps, sleep, training volume and body fat percentage using the skinfold test These are all factors that need to be checked on a weekly basis, otherwise it becomes difficult to know if you are on the right track, right? My motivation: My partner Seb and I joined the gym in June after we’d both been in isolation for a few months and started to stack on some kilos... I’m pleased to say I’m now back to where I was before iso thanks to the amazing trainers and the challenge, and I’m not slowing down! "As some of you may already know, three months ago I decided to take on one of my biggest fitness challenges yet and made dramatic changes to my training. I set myself different fitness and nutrition goals and aspired to make a change to my physique and body composition. In the first image you can see, I was in week 1 of my 12 weeks transformation, weighing ...82 kg with 16% body fat. As the weeks progressed, my training got more intense and my nutrition plan became stricter, there was certainly some very tough times. However, my progress kept me very motivated and positive, and I pushed through! The second picture shows my final week 12, weighing 73 kg with 9% body fat. I am not shy to say I am very proud of what I have achieved and how far I have come during this period! This has also boosted my education and awareness and inspired me to impart my knowledge with others. 01.01.2022 Big shout out to Peter our well deserved member of the month! My journey at HIPE has started since June. After I joined the gym for 4 months I’ve seen a huge changes. The muscles begin to take shape and body is getting stronger. Moreover, I’ve gain more confidence, feeling capable and less stress, even less physical pain with the help from the amazing coaches (Veronica, Sam, Igor, Anton, Will) from helping me to transform my body to become stronger. ...
