24.01.2022 welcome back to term 3, hope you are all enjoying it. We have started on our concert dances. We will most likely be doing some dancing at the RSL, and nursing homes this term, so if you want to join in these dances just let us know, here's to a great term. Have fun.:)

21.01.2022 Hi every one just want to let you all know that we have our Showcase on the 22nd of Nov, tickets are now on sale, tickets are $10 for children, $12 for pen, and $15 for adults. we hope the kids have a great time but their practise time was cut by 4 weeks because the school decided to hold their concert on the same day as ours so we got the only date they had left. I'm sure the kids will still have fun it just means they wont be as polished as they would have been. Contact me Karen on 0481344243 or drop in to the studio to purchase tickets.

17.01.2022 Off to a great start this year with a number of new students starting. Some of these are learning some dances to perform at some of the retirement villages. Welcome and here's to a great year

17.01.2022 Making costumes and getting the dances ready lots of work but worth it when you she the kids faces light up when they put on a new costume that was made for them its a amazing feeling for the students and teachers

16.01.2022 Well the eisteddfod is coming up fast, we have two troupe entered these are our first troupes and we have quite a number of solos entered, This will be a good time for all involved, Looking forward to it, best of luck to all our students that have entered. :)

15.01.2022 All the students had a great time at the party, it was enjoyed by all including us. We will up load some pic' later of some of them enjoying them selves. We will be having some of the photos put on to the concert DVD for the end of the year. Thanks kids for coming and supporting us and bringing some of your friends, just a shame little Alexia got sick and had to leave early. Hope she feels better soon. There are so many down with the flu at the moment. We look forwards to the next party. :)

14.01.2022 Our students had a great eisteddfod. They danced well and got some good placings. Lets hope that our troupes are ready to compete next eisteddfod. Here's to another great term.

We will be starting concert work this term so if possible please be at as many classes as you can, we know some times things come up that cant be avoided but the more classes you are at the more confident you will be. 06.01.2022 Hi every one we would like to welcome you to N.X.T dance academy we are a dance school with a difference we have students of the week awards every week to help build students self confidence, we also welcome special needs students a we feel these students have a right to feel the happiness when they dance to. We also hold classes for the elderly to help gain more movements in their joints. So we cater for people from 2 years to 90 years Every one is welcome come join in the fun. :)

06.01.2022 hi every one, I just wanted to say we were really sorry for the concert going so badly. We had the school hall hired then they cancelled the hall on us 5 days before our concert, so we ran around trying to find a hall so the kids didn't miss out, sadly we had 2 mothers who's kids also went to another dance school, and a student teacher that ruined the whole thing for us, from sending students home before they danced to ruining costume changing students into the wrong costumes... to changing the order of the dances on us. Then when we arrived we found there was no real stage or sound system. Most of the kids had fun it was just upsetting that the kids of the mothers that set out to ruin us were the kids we did heaps for. This year we are making sure that the hall is complete with correct stage and sound system. And that it is completely secure by the end of the 3rd term so that it doesn't happen again. This year we will be having a great concert for our students with out any one being able to ruin it for the kids. We do this for the kids which is why we have set some rules for this year and learnt from our mistakes from last year. 05.01.2022 Party time, we are holding a fun get together for our students they can bring a friend to join in the fun with them. Its at M.X.T studio this Saturday starting at 4pm. Come and join us. :)

05.01.2022 Hi every one we have had a good start to the year, we have had a number of knew students some who wish to do eisteddfods. Sadly we have had haters try to ruin us but we are still here. a HUGE thank you to those that have stuck by us. We are working at cleaning up some dances to preform at the RSL in Traralgon and at some of the retirement villages around the local area. We have some great things planned this year. We will have jackets and t-shirts with our school on them for sale in the near future. Here's to a great year.
