14.01.2022 This is so hard Yes my darling it's hard. It's depleting and exhausting followed by times of "I can't go on" I get that, there'll be days that are even harder than that and you will discuss it with your friends again and again as to how hard it is and how you never thought it would be this way... But fight through my loves, move through with your warrior heart so you can witness, that within these times come opportunities at great risk for great joy. Driven by that same fear... and terror of everything staying the same - you take these risks and things change. Through the anger and the weakness, the fear and the isolation... let magic in. Allow the story to become new. Take the leaps my darling allow in the light without fear that you no longer have a story of value, that you will not be "found out" for not being good enough, but the difficulty will build a new level to your future, toward heart opening brilliance. Because I believe in you. I am here to remind you of who you were before, the high achiever, the go-getter. 14.01.2022 The thing about authenticity is it's incredible force in bringing permission to us all, within it we breed truth to the wider community. The allowance of all our beingness unites us in our learning and loving of all. To show up when the truth may feel incongruent to our ideals, to be secure with the knowing and the want to face it, to be more, to be bigger and yet still lovable.... 13.01.2022 Do u feel COMPLEX? Are you trapped in a world you fell into knowing part of you is HIDDEN, worrying about being BUSTED for loving the WEIRD? My darlings, I see you... in the job that keeps you in a safe place, longing to experience something else, hiding the shadow that fills your heart. You’re floating in the superficial, forcing the laughs, feigning interest... it’s exhausting to not be you, to say what you feel, to worry you are too deep, misunderstood or just plai...n different. There’s the feeling that you are not where you should be - but how do you go anywhere else, how can you change when it would risk everything, the people in your life wouldn’t understand.... It comes in waves of emptiness, a low you can’t share for the fear of being negative, for explaining how these things just aren’t making you happy - that something within you is just getting too strong to be silenced. All I can say is MOVE my darlings, TAKE THE STEPS! Is it easy? No... you have to be willing to trust, to be courageous, to shrug the nay-sayers... There will be fear, discontent, upset and shock, but I PROMISE, it will be replaced by love, a knowing of truth, peace and real living. Your people will come to you, the cheer squad, the ones who truely believe in whatever it is that you believe. And you can trust.... trust in your thoughts, settle in your heart that this, yes THIS was always where you were meant to be.... 11.01.2022 She wasn’t sure if she was terrified or whether she had just allowed her hidden fears to come to the surface...- were they current or were they from the very depths of her soul? She began treading the tentative steps of recovery, the emergence of such grace, held in softness, in truth and fragility. The depths of her being had never been witnessed by another, but now there seemed to be no other way. The power of her heart had won, the total need for authentic presence while moving through this life, through the adversity, the bad choices, the decisions that caused years of agony, yet it was now she could witness the gift of what she had asked for. The compassion, the understanding, the woman, the man, the child, this universal need for love. #permissiongranted.
